Jackson Bond is an expert in industrial IoT and building-technology automation. He co-founded relayr, an industrial IoT company later acquired by Munich Re (via Hartford Steam Boiler) in 2018 for roughly $300 million, and now co-founds Lichtwart, which automates lighting and energy infrastructure for retail chains and commercial real estate in Germany. He also runs his own investment holding company in Berlin.

Robert Haas is an expert in brand strategy and design, having co-founded SYMBIO, a Prague-based creative agency that blends AI tooling with human design craft across branding, product design, and campaign work for clients including HBO, Avast, and Twisto. He has also served as chairman of the Section of Digital Agencies within the Czech communication-agencies association.

Edwige Guinet is an expert in automating lab workflows for organoid-based drug discovery. She co-founded and leads Visienco AG, a Swiss biotech building Orgadroid, a benchtop device that automates the sorting, characterization, and sterile transfer of lab-grown organoids to reduce manual handling and animal testing. Spun out of CSEM after several years of development, the company has won the W.A. de Vigier Award 2025 and the Ypsomed Innovation Award 2026, received Venture Kick funding, and was selected for the Venture Leaders Biotech 2026 program. She holds a degree from EDHEC Business School.

Jiří Diblík is a healthtech entrepreneur and expert in building and scaling digital ventures. He co-founded VOS.health (ChatMind), an innovative mental wellness platform that he successfully scaled through to its acquisition. Recognized for his rapid impact on the European tech ecosystem, he was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list in 2022. Leveraging his proven track record in product strategy and startup growth, Diblík now leads The Bold Apps, a venture studio dedicated to launching and accelerating the next generation of mobile applications.

Katarzyna Borycka is an expert in diagnosing childbirth-related injuries. A colorectal surgeon by training, she founded and leads OASIS Diagnostics, a Warsaw-based medtech company behind ONIRY, a patented impedance-spectroscopy device for detecting obstetric anal sphincter injuries after vaginal childbirth. A 2025 peer-reviewed multicentre study in Nature Scientific Reports found the ML-assisted method achieved roughly 87-90% diagnostic accuracy. She was named Businesswoman of the Year in the Start-Up of the Year category in 2021, and the company holds patents in Poland and Russia with applications pending in the US, Canada, and before the European Patent Office.

Marián Tomko is a corporate finance expert and the Founder of DYPE, a modern Czech financial firm tailored for high-growth startups and scaleups. Specializing in CFO-as-a-service, tax, and payroll operations, he leverages his deep expertise in financial automation and AI tooling to modernize and streamline complex accounting workflows. Through this tech-forward approach, Tomko has successfully positioned DYPE as the financial infrastructure backbone for prominent regional brands, including Oktagon MMA, Niceboy, and Apify.

Tomáš Bulena is an expert in asset & liability management (ALM) for financial institutions. He directed the ALM department at Česká spořitelna (part of Erste Group) and served on the supervisory board of its pension fund, holding a Ph.D. He now works independently on ALM and QRM (quantitative risk management) engagements, including for ING, through his firm ALM & Risk Solutions.

Jan de Lobkowicz is an expert in corporate mobility benefits. He leads Skipr France, which provides mobility-budget software for employers under France's Forfait Mobilités Durables scheme, and was recently elected president of the Alliance des Mobilités within Mobilians, the French mobility-sector trade federation. He previously co-founded restaurant-payments startup Billee (acquired by Zenchef in 2021) and held a commercial role at on-demand transit company Via, after starting his career in strategy consulting at EY France.

Viktor Bánczi is a digital wellness entrepreneur and the Founder of moonlight, a Bratislava-based startup dedicated to sleep optimization and biohacking. Specializing in circadian rhythm management and mitigating the impacts of modern screen time, he bridges pragmatic lifestyle design with holistic health. Driven by his own experience overcoming severe burnout, Bánczi engineered moonlight to provide individuals with the practical tools, routines, and environmental strategies—such as controlling light exposure—necessary to reclaim their energy and improve mental clarity.
