Edwige Guinet is an expert in automating lab workflows for organoid-based drug discovery. She co-founded and leads Visienco AG, a Swiss biotech building Orgadroid, a benchtop device that automates the sorting, characterization, and sterile transfer of lab-grown organoids to reduce manual handling and animal testing. Spun out of CSEM after several years of development, the company has won the W.A. de Vigier Award 2025 and the Ypsomed Innovation Award 2026, received Venture Kick funding, and was selected for the Venture Leaders Biotech 2026 program. She holds a degree from EDHEC Business School.
