Tomáš Bulena is an expert in asset & liability management (ALM) for financial institutions. He directed the ALM department at Česká spořitelna (part of Erste Group) and served on the supervisory board of its pension fund, holding a Ph.D. He now works independently on ALM and QRM (quantitative risk management) engagements, including for ING, through his firm ALM & Risk Solutions.
