Karina Karaga is an expert in mental-performance coaching technology for athletes. She is CEO and co-founder of Mindset Design, maker of Vodar, a tennis-focused app combining physical training with psychological-skills exercises. Based in Sofia, Bulgaria, the company has raised early-stage funding from Bulgarian and international angel investors and reports customers using the app across more than a dozen countries.
