Jan Sýkora is a Partner and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at WOOD & Company, where he has worked since 1994. He is one of the key figures who helped build the group into one of the leading investment firms in Central Europe. He has long focused on capital markets, investment banking, asset management, and venture capital investment. In addition to his role at WOOD & Company, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Prague Stock Exchange, is an investor, and holds board positions in several other companies and organizations. He is also actively involved in supporting education, culture, and philanthropic projects. He studied finance at the Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE) and earned his MBA at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
